Hi, I cannot find the E-Mail Support for a Parallels Desktop for Mac 15 request. Just get the possibility for requests by Facebook, Twitter etc. which I don't use. But E-Mail Support should be possible for 2 years?

Yes, I did. I have 1 ticket from 2016-08-18 09:40:09, which is not closed. Status "In Engineering" 2 other tickets from 2019 are closed. When I open "new ticket", then the result is like the screenshot

I know what you mean, I do every step like in the info here. But I cannot open a new ticket and I also get no support by mail etc. when I click "request support" Since today the support-link doesn't work anymore and instead of a new site I get a download - a file named "unknown" without any content. My problem is: I need support because I get no "normal support" in my account!!!!
