i can not open parallels 16 in big sur beta5

i just updated Big sur beta5, i buy parallels16, but after this update, i can not open parallels.
when i open it, the system restarted.
how can i do it.

 

I'm having the same issue.
I can't tell if its the same issue for VMs starting from being shutdown but I cannot resume either my Ubuntu or Windows 10 VM on Big Sur Beta 5 after the update.
I'm not sure if it would have affected it but the VMs were suspended during the update and not shutdown

 

Same here. I get a kernel panic and immediate reboot when attempting to startup any Parallels VM (Windows 10 specifically)
Process name corresponding to current thread: prl_vm_app
