Parallels 16 + Windows 10 and upgrade parallels tools

After upgrading to version 16, when trying to install parallels tools on windows 10, the windows 10 freezes at 10 percent of the parallels tools installation. Reduced processors to 1, disabled all devices. Any ideas on how to solve this?
