Mac OS Big Sur v20A5354i won't let PD v16.0.0 open any virtual machine

The previous version of Big Sur worked OK with any VM (Mac or Windows). Now, the launching of any VM makes MacOX 11 crash instantly. Any clue ? (I have tried to re-install PD v16, but all the same.
Very disturbing for me...

Same for me on VMs made on Catalina and then copied to the Big Sur disk, but I made a new Win10 VM and a Big Sur VM from scratch while in Big Sur and it seems to be working.
Maybe for the moment you have to create the VM and cannot open one coming from Catalina

I tried with a brain new VM, it didn't work better; but I found the clue alsewhere :
" Hi All, please change the hypervisor to Apple under VM configuration > Hardware > CPU & Memory> Advanced > Hypervisor > Apple then check."
VERY IMPORTANT TO PUBLISH LARGE PLEASE !
