Windows 10 not being updated to 20H2

Hi People,

Wondering if anyone else is seeing their Win 10 VM not updating to the October release 20H2.
MacOS 10.15.7, Parallels 16 Pro.

20H2 is a staged feature update, so it's not available everywhere at the same time. It took 2 weeks for all my Windows PCs to be up-to-date. Check if you have any "optional" updates available, it might be hiding there.
You can also force this by visiting (best to do this in your EDGE browser on the Windows machine): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 - there should be an option at the top to update to "Windows 10 October 2020 Update".

 

maybe not 2 weeks, but definitely over a week period... ;-)

 

I was definitely expecting the update by now. A work machine updated last week and another I know of the week before. Was wondering if there was something in our VMs were blocking it.

 

Did you bother trying the steps I suggested?
