Can't create \Mac\Home\Documents because it already exists

Hi,

I am trying to install a software (Ninja Trader) in a newly installed Parallels Versión 15.1.42 in a brand new Mac (Catalina 10.15.5) and I receive this error message: "It's impossible to create the \\Mac\Home\Documents directory because it already exists a file with this name. Change the file name, or remove it and click on Retry"

Solved, It was because of the dropbox backup system, I suspended the Documents backup>Installed the software> Enabled the backup and everything is OK now

 

I wonder why the backup affects this.

 

The backup function save the download, desktop and documents files and move them form the hard drive to the cloud (as the iCloud backup does too). It seams that Parallels doens't find this new file once moved to the cloud

 

I agree, it seems that the problems are really in the absence of a file in the cloud. Thank you very much for the answer. I will navigate here after your advice.
