SSO working, but failing to log onto RD Session host using NLA user

Hi there,
I've upgraded to Parallels RAS version 17.1 and followed the documents to setup SSO with Azure as my Idp.
After authenticating with Azure and getting to the HTML5 page, when a user tries to open any published app from the HTML5 web, the client opens up with an error 'the user name or password is incorrect.' from the RD Session host.
I've looked further into this and this is my NLA user that is throwing the error against the RD Session Host in the Event Logs.
I've verified the NLA credentials and work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
