I had a subscription (Pro?) that lapsed in July 2020 because I no longer needed it.
I would now like to buy a non-subscription upgrade to v16 for use with a completely different Windows installation.
I assume I quality for the upgrade price, but what do I have to do in terms of entering a license, etc, to insure the v16 runs? On the computer I'm now using the old version was uninstalled, although I can't remember if I went through any deactivation, etc etc.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use an upgrade to a one-time license if you only have Pro subscription(expired) but can upgrade to a Pro upgrade subscription. We checked your account and found you have Parallels Desktop 8 and previous one-time licenses, you can buy a one-time upgrade using it as the previous key.

Thanks; the 8 license never occurred to me.
