I am running the most recent version of Parallels (updated), with 10.4.10 on a Macbook.

Boot Camp works great. No issues.

Parallels works great for Linux. No issues.

When I go to create a boot camp virtual machine from within MacOS, on boot, I get the message "Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem".

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? It is very frustrating, I search, but I don't find any help related to this issue in recent memory.

    Hello,

there is an unofficial build (not update) that might help to solve this problem.
The build can be downloaded here.

    Best regards,
    Stacey

    Indeed it's solved the problem!!

    Xenos in another thread:http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?p=88129#post88129

suggested I install MacFuse. If everything is peachy now, do I still have to do this?

    Cheers, Stacey

    ofey,
if everything is working fine, you do not need to do anything.
