Activation of Parallels 13 on a new Mac

    Hi,

    I would need help from Parallels support to reinitialize the licence activation.
    I have already uninstalled Parallels (Sign Out and Remove the app) on the old Mac and cannot activated as it keeps saying the maximum activation have been made. This is the second time I transfer this licence.

    Could you please help ?

  2. Hi SupportS2. We have reset the license key. Please try to activate now and it should work fine.
