HTML5 Cleint keeps prompting for u/p

Hi All,
I have just started working on the demo/eval of RAS; I have a basic VDI pool setup in my lab and have published a pool for Win 10 VDI clients.

If I use the "full fat" client to connect, this works and an RDP session is initiated.

However when using the HTML5 interface to launch the desktop, it attempts to connect then presents a u/p dialog box.
I can click OK, and it just asks for u/p again.

I've been looking in the logs to see if I can see anything obvious but nothing jumps out.

One question, is do I need to setup the enrolment user/NLA user that is noted in the SAML documentation?
What am I missing?

I.e If I log in with my UPN; which is NOT the same as the domain
1) Logging in to the Gateway works
2) All published apps fail

Logging in with just "SamAccountName" works across the board on th gateway and Apps.

 

Hi Dan,
very soon there is going to be an update released for v18 that has some changes to the login process. Most probably your issue will be resolved with the update.
