    Hi Parallels,
I'm using Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, Version 16.1.3 (49160).
And I'm missing the network link conditioner settings in the VM's network settings section. I'm able to activate / deactivate the conditioner by going to the menu "Devices / Network / Activate Networklink conditioner" (I'm running the german version so this is translated form german and may be not 100% correct)
But I didn't find any way to configure the conditioner itself.
    BR Dirk

Yes, with iOS 6, it is now possible to use the Network Link Conditioner directly on your iOS device, if your device is set to be enabled for development.
Simply go to Settings > Developer > Network Link Conditioner to enable it.
If you don't see Settings > Developer, to enable it:
    1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac.
    2. Xcode > Organizer
    3. Select your iPhone.
    4. Click Use for Development.
I've noticed that sometimes the Developer menu item disappears. It reappears again when installing an app using Xcode.

I'm afraid you've drifted into the wrong forum. ;)
It's about Parallels Desktop and not about iOS. The function in iOS is known to me but of course that does not help here.
BTW: Support told me, the Network Link Conditioner is no longer supported on BigSur.
