Payment Issue

    Hello, I am sorry if this is not the right thread or place to post this.

    I have tried to update my subscription however it keeps saying that it's denied and unauthorized. I checked with my bank multiple times and each time they told me that the payment has went through. I attempted to contact customer service (chat) a number of times, however each time I just keep getting the same links to try renewing it again and they tell me the same thing that it's denied. I think the agents don't see much more than we do and some of them even have multiple typos and errors in their responses. The money has been taken out of my account which is why I'm worried. My bank also told me that it is up to the merch

    I do not want to try and renew my subscription as I am worried that the same error might happen and I might end up with more money in the unknown. However I also want to quickly get this settled as I am a heavy user of Parallels and have alot of files etc that requires windows to run.

    I also have the transaction ID given by my bank. Customer service emails are "auto generated" and keep asking me to renew subscription. Tried to call but was put on hold.
