Windows 10 Pro. Freezing with Parallels 15 for Mac

For the last year I've pretty much stopped using Windows 10 running under Parallels. One repulsion I have is that Windows 10 VM freezes. Sometimes the freeze is for several minutes - at other times the freeze is something around 10, 20, 30 seconds. Or, sometimes Win10 VM is just painfully sluggish. To be honest, I don't really have the time to go round-and-round with troubleshooting something like this - hence my usage has waned. Five years ago Parallels seemed to run Windows 7 without any of the real problems I seen now with Windows 10. I don't know the status of Parallels running Windows with Apple Silicon - but, I'm guessing that isn't a realistic approach.

 

Yup, that's sort of what I thought. There is no solution with the Windows 10 freezing issue.
