I've subscribed to Parallels for macOS since 29 April 2019.

    29 April 2019 - 1 licence - Next payment due 29 April 2020 for £32.20.
19 August 2019 - Paid £23.75 for 1 additional licence. Now 2 licences in total. Next payment due 29 April 2020 for £68.43
25 August 2019 - Paid £22.45 for 1 additional licence. Now 3 licences in total. Next payment due 29 April 2020 for £99.78
15 October 2019 - Paid £17.15 for 1 additional licence. Now 4 licences in total. Next payment due 29 April 2020 for £128.06
    29 April 2020 - Paid £128.06 for 4 licences. Next payment due 29 April 2021 for £128.06
14 April 2021 - Paid £1.53 for 1 additional licences. Now 5 licences in total. Next payment due 29 April 2021 for £199.95

Observation. The £199.95 total renewal price for 5 seats was not originally what was presented to me on Parallels.com when I added an additional licence to increase from 4 to 5. I saw a total price of, I think, approximately £140.00 although it may have been slightly more. I didn't screenshot it. After I purchased the additional licence the renewal changed on screen to £199.95. This is over £70 more that the £128.06 I had been due to pay in the future on 29 April 2021. What I think has occurred is Parallels decided to recalculate the price across the entire subscription but they did not ask me to consent to this and presented me with a different price prior to my purchase of the fifth licence. CleverBridge can't see that price but will refund me the licence if I wish. I am unhappy my renewal price has increased by £70 when I was presented a far cheaper renewal price for 5 licences prior to purchasing.

I am still waiting to resolve this problem. My license has now expired. I have been communicating with Parallels by direct message using Twitter but they are extremely slow to reply, taking several days between messages sometimes. This company seems a mess when customers which to make contact.

I have still not heard anything. Been told last week in DM on Twitter by ParallelsCares that they'll get in contact by email. Support options to contact them by email are greyed out. Seems pretty abysmal to me.

  4. Hello, please sorry for the delay in response.
Could you provide us with your purchase order number please?
