    Hi there!
I have Parallels Desktop for Mac v16.5.0 with Windows as a guest OS. Every time I open File Explorer, I get an error saying "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop". Also, I have no access to any folder from my Mac. I've tried to reinstall parallels guest tools but it didn't help.
But when I unplug the ethernet cable and wait for about 20 seconds I am able to visit any folder in \\Mac\Home\ and all the linked folders work well for some time (like for an hour or so) even if I plug the ethernet cable back again.
What could be the reason for the problem?

Hi, could you collect the tech report once the issue reoccurs and post the report's ID here please?
