Almost a year after Parallels Toolbox's 3-month subscription (bundled with Parallels 15) ended, I decided to subscribe to use its "uninstall applications" feature. However it keeps asking me to subscribe even after the payment as you see on the screenshot attached. The situation does not change with re-installation so my guess is that I cannot re-activate without deleting some preference files. Can anyone help? p.s. Parallels Toolbox 4.5 does not have account manager in settings and I think this is unbelievable for a subscription software. Please take this as a serious complain.
