Parallels Desktop Pro Edition 1 Year OEM - Activation Key Does Not Activate

Hello, I received parallels as part of a purchase deal with a new Mac from OWC. When I go to activate the product (to take it out of the 14 day trial) my product activation code does not allow me to activate the software. Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

Hi, could you provide us with the screenshot of the issue you've got during the activation.

 

thank you for your response. I tried a few more times and it finally worked. So I'm very happy now, not sure what the problem was. Perhaps connectivity on my end but I'm not certain.
