Hello, my Pro License expired in 2018. Now I acquired a new MacBook and want to reactivate the license. I got through all the steps and the systems says that it will take about an hour to complete, but nothing. I have waited several hours and not even an email acknowledging the order, etc. I have a valid payment method on file. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, thanks, the problem was solved by other means. As a matter of feedback, the waiting time for support was way too long. I am very glad it wasn't a critical issue. Parallels need to work on that.
