    Hey Folks,

it would be a nice feature if you could assign serveral policies to one user, so every policy that matches that specific user will be applied to that user.

    regards Stefan

    Hi Stefan,
What is the purpose? Please provide specific examples when it is worth complicating the product policies priorities, conflict resolution and group policy result for troubleshooting.

We are also interested in this. We have a base policy for all users, but some require single policy exceptions (e.g. disabling dpi scaling, printing technologies, font smoothing for java apps, etc). Having to maintain all other settings between multiple policies can be tedious at times. As a former Citrix user, this is one of the few items that I miss.

We have clients with dozens of policies with unique changes made for users that then subsequently all need to be edited if a global change is required.
If this would be implemented with a flag "STOP PROCESSING ADDITIONAL POLICIES AFTER THIS ONE" I think it it would solve new and legacy policies giving the best of both worlds. Make that flag enabled by default?

we had suggested this for the reasons GraspS had mentioned. but JasonA6's suggestion doesn't sound bad either.
