Hi, I have checked the boxes to share "All Windows disks" and "Mount virtual disks to Mac desktop" under Shared Folders, but I still can't find anything on the mac desktop. This used to work before.. not sure what had happened. DOes anyone ever encounter something similar or have any suggestions how to resolve this? THanks in advance!
Hello, could you please provide me with the screenshot of your 'Shared Folders' tab from Configuration Editor of your VM? Best regards, Stacey
Please tell me your version of Mac OS and the number of Parallels Desktop build. Best regards, Stacey
Please tell me what type of Mac are you using and what are its specifications? Also please try to type //.psf in address bar of 'My Computer' and tell me the result. Best regards, Stacey
I'm using a Mac Pro. "//.psf" has ".Home" and ".Mac" folder in it. I was able to navigate without problem in windows. Here are the hardware specs for the machine: Model Name: Mac Pro Model Identifier: MacPro1,1 Processor Name: Dual-Core Intel Xeon Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz Number Of Processors: 2 Total Number Of Cores: 4 L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.33 GHz Boot ROM Version: MP11.005C.B08 SMC Version: 1.7f10
Hello, thank you for your feedback. This problem will be solved in the upcoming beta and than in the next official build. Best regards, Stacey
