Hi Every time I start my iMac i get the this message: followed by : I have earlier contacted Parallels support regarding the issue, but there response in uninstall Parallels Access. This has been tried a number of times - and is not the solution. My iMac is running macOS Big Sur (11.5) with 64 GB of memory. Parallels Access is version 6.5.2 (39265) When I log into access.parallels.com - the computer appears offline - and as a result I cannot connect and the software is of no use to me. Has anyone seen this behavior before and has any idea on what to do to fix the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards Poul Lindholm Christiansen
I am having the same issue, and have not received any reply from Parallels Support. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and have been on a current version and updated OS on my 2018 MBP. No idea how to resolve it, and no assistance from the company. *shrug*
I actually also have a Macbook Pro and a MacMini - on which it works just perfectly - so something must be different on my iMac - but what?????
Hello, it looks like a known issue, and one of our engineers requested a tech report. Please reply us back via the ticket or here.
I am having the same issue on Windows 10. Report id: 380390468 This problem has been going on for months! I am very frustrated that it is impossible to get a response from technical support.
I've also been getting this message for months, but not at startup. Access starts okay on Windows 10 machine, and I can connect, but it fails with the 'unable to connect to parallels service' message at a random time later. I have two machines that this happens on, and it eventually happens after an unknown time after every reboot.
Add me to the list of people having the same issue. Been going on for months, starting on Big Sur I believe and continuing in Monterey. Happy to generate a report...how?
