I cant login with my trial account, idk if I even activated the trial

When I downloaded parallels, I clicked on the "download free trial", I assumed that automatically started, but I get this message over and over: "Check your internet connection and try again. If problem persists, click this link to register your parallels desktop copy."

When I click on it, it already appear the account i have, which I have never used until today I tried using this thing, please help.
