Licenses server will not accept my previous activation key.

Hi there,

Trying to re-activate my parallels windows vm on my M1 chip mac. It was working fine up until a couple months ago but it seems to have kicked me off the VM and "black listed" my license key when I try register my key.

I input the activation key and it says I've entered an upgrade key and that I need to confirm it with a key from a previous version. Unsure what to do as this is the only time I've ever had to do anything with my key and it's the only key I have.

Any help would be appreicated.

We don't have a purchase order number as we purchased it online. Would this be via an email we've been sent? If not can you provide us with the order number if we give you the email address?
