There is no options for "use bootcamp as virtual machine"

I've using parallels 8 years. My bootcamp is clean shutdown and its works very well. but there is no option for Parallels. Yesterday showed up and installed but aftter that i'm removed vm and installed paralles again and options disappeared.

macOs Monterey(up to date)
Parallels 17 (up to date)

Or temporary use vmware trial for now. I have found such a solution for now.
