After some time using Windows 10 or some other action (I wouldn't know which one) the sound and videos on macOs BigSur no longer work. In order for it to come back, I have to restart or shut down the Windows 10 VM. Even after the update it said to fix it. My Current Version: 17.1.0 (51516) Thanks.
I installed Parallels 17 (51516) on my Macbook Pro 13, 2018, MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. When I turn on the MV the sound stops. I've already changed several sound settings: HD, AC97, mute, etc. Nothing works.
