Is Parallels Toolbox included with the Parallels Toolbox subscription?

Is this included in the desktop subscription or is it separate?

Parallels Desktop subscription includes Parallels Toolbox and Parallels Access subscription. Parallels Toolbox is valid for the duration of your subscription.
