Can't login to my account to activate (or get support)

    Created this account just to post here but so far have been unable to login or reset my password since I'm not getting the reset password emails.
    Have checked the Spam Box and not there, getting reset password emails from other services like Clever Bridge.
    Tried phoning Parallels only to get told "thanks for calling, goodbye" and email ticket has already been closed.
    Anyone know how to fix this or where else to reach out?

    Hi, thanks for looking into this here, ended up having a discussion with support on Slack and we ended up having to setup a different email as for whatever reason I wasn't getting any of the messages required to reset the password or verify a browser via my regular email. Thank You!!!
