Hello, unfortunately it still doesn't work. Description: Parallels is installed on the Mac Mini M1. Windows 11 installation goes. Windows Toolbox will be installed. Windows works with mouse and keyboard. In Windows Device Manager everything shows fine. All devices and drivers there. Windows can be shut down and restarted. Everything continues to work. Mac Mini M1 is turned off ! After restarting Mac Mini M1, Parallels can run. Windows starts but the mouse and keyboard do not work within Windows. Mouse cursor disappears after clicking in Windows. Message Mouse must be released by CTRL and Alt is displayed. After entering CTRL and Alt, the mouse appears. If you click again in Windows, the mouse cursor disappears again and must be released again. In the Windows device manager, Missing drivers USB and other drivers are displayed after this restart. All links sent by Parallels have been tested and nothing has worked.
I've called support 4 times, they don't get it and just hang up the phone and log out. No service! They have no idea on the hotline. No solution for 2 weeks!

Hello MatthiasG4, thank you for your feedback.
On the topic you mentioned, please try doing the following:
    1. With virtual machine running, go to its configuration > Hardware > Mouse & Keyboard
    2. Change the Mouse option to either Don't optimize for Games or Auto-detect for Games and check the result.

If the issue still persists, collect technical data and post the technical report ID here and we'll take a look.
