    I recently installed Windows 11 ARM insider build 22489. I can't seem to find a way to activate it. As I understand it, there is no way to purchase a key for this version of Windows because it is still in development. What are my options? Please see screenshots for additional info:

    How did you get this build to work? When I get into Windows 11 ARM it does nothing. I can click the start a few times and then it stops working. I can't even get to system or settings. I have tried many different previous builds and all with the same results

    I have a Windows 10 Home OEM key that worked fine using Parallels on my Intel Mac. It does not work on my ARM Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview version.

    Do you think I need to buy a new key or should I wait for further news ?

    Thanks

    I'm just reading that Microsoft is bringing Windows 11 to ARM "commercially" (with the release of the new Lenovo Phantom computers) ... is there any indication that Windows for ARM will be available to us for purchase and use in our VM's instead of the Insider Preview version ?

    @MichaelH63, here's what I found:
    https://www.techtarget.com/searchen...-an-Arm-laptop-with-Microsoft-Pluton-security
    https://www.zdnet.com/article/first...-microsofts-pluton-chip-heres-why-it-matters/
    Unless I missed a communication from Parallels, there has been no indication so far that Parallels Desktop 17 will support an ARM version of Windows 11 other than the Insider Preview ... I haven't been able to find any suggestion on how to get a retail license for a home or professional edition on Windows 11 ARM ... if you have more details about that I'd be very interested to find out ...

    Bizarre ... last time I installed a VM (a couple of months ago), the option to "Get Windows 11 from Microsoft" was NOT showing ... I'll give it a try. In any case, shame on Parallels for introducing such an important "option" and then NOT communicating to existing customers about it ... they are very outspoken in announcing all kinds of other stuff ...

    Thanks for the hint.
