Since I don't like Parallels to auto-start my XP configuration (it's too hard to quit XP and edit the configuration when auto-start is turned on), I have my windows_xp.pvs file set to open at startup. That gets my Parallels configuration running and XP seems happy but the Parallels Menus like File, Edit, ..., Help do not display on the menu bar. The only menu displayed is the Parallels Desktop menu. At least I can quit Parallels that way. If I quit Parallels and rerun the application file, the menus will display. All I want is for my Parallels configuration to auto-start when I boot without the hassle of trying to edit the configuration when the Parallels auto-start is turned on. Anyone? Thanks.
Picture of Problem I see a number of people have reviewed my posting and i know it is hard to believe, lol. So here is a pic of the XP desktop today after startup. Anyone got any ideas?
