5.17 hit mainline, breaking kernel changes shouldn't be as frequent as during the development process, but fair point.
I hate to sound cynical, but a bunch of us have been to this rodeo before. I mean, how many years did it take Parallels to fix the video from breaking every three months.
FWIW, Parallels Desktop 17.1.2 fixed this for me -- I'm able to run up to date versions of Fedora 35 and 36 on my M1 Air.
Fedora 16 (beta) does not work correctly, since Parallels Tools does not compile at all: https://postimg.cc/5jrftxXW
