Custom Maintenance Message

When a resource is placed in 'Maintenance' it will show that state to end users in the RAS console (web or thick client).
It would be beneficial to have the option to provide a custom/extended message that can be used to provide additional information - e.g how long maintenance will last etc. This would negate the need for users to have to search their e-mails/intranet etc for information on why the resource is under maintenance, how long for etc.

This could either take the form of additional text in the maintenance message brackets or in a popup/column.

in V18 there is already a possibility to create a custom message for applications in Maintenace.
Publishing > Select Application > Tab Application > Status: In Maintenance > now you can configure Status Messages in different Languages.
Global or per App.
