I've only been seeing this recently, and just now, when trying to update ARM Windows 11 (MacBook Air M1, 16 GB) in the Beta track. But this has sometimes been happening in the last few weeks, though intermittently.

Basically, sometimes when restarting the Windows VM, I get a *green* SOD with the code PROCESSOR_START_TIMEOUT. I have the Parallels 17.1.2 VM set for 8 GB of RAM and 4 processors. I have almost all other applications closed and there is little memory pressure on the machine. Anyone else seeing this, and if so, any ideas how to fix/reduce the problem?

OK, I think I found it. I looked into Event Viewer and it was throwing errors from the BitLocker process, something about not being able to overwrite memory when restarting. I already have FileVault installed on the Mac side, so I just disabled BitLocker in Windows, and once the decryption finished the GSOD seems to have stopped.
