Hide Mac cursor when using Coherence and windows app has the focus

The Mac cursor hides the cursor on the windows application so it is difficult to tell when it changes and what the windows cursor is supposed to be.

If you can't hide the Mac cursor, at least have it mirror the window cursor so I can tell when the cursor is over the correct location.
