mac m1 + cc-debugger + windows 11 (parallels)

Hello, please help me somehow solve the problem with ss-debugger. I have already tried both windows 10 and 11. I tried to disable driver signature verification and secure boot. I connected both simply through a type-c cable, and through a USB hub. But I can't install the driver either, Windows just doesn't see it. A device without drivers hangs in the list of devices. parallels version latest: 17.1.4
