Everytime I try to load up Parallels I get this screen-- my mouse is causing it to freeze and then it won't load. Typically the background is just black, not the suspending screen shown. I can unplug the mouse and then it will load-- but I want to use this mouse in parallels. What do I need to do to fix it? clicking allow doesn't work, it simply doesn't click it.
