Sound: Computer to Computer

Has anyone discovered a hack or workaround to enable computer-to-computer sound?

Computer-to-mobile device sound works fine (remote client is native app).

Computer-to-computer sound does not work (remote client is web browser). Apparently, that is by design?

 

I would really really like to have this, any thoughts? I can get audio on my phone but it's way too fiddly to operate anything usefully. If I could connect with 2 devices at the same time that would be good enough
