Hi, getting following error registering a license given by my corporate. I had my device factory reset, re-using this license key is not helping. I can give you the license key in any DM, let me know the account name. Kindly help.

It's resolved. Entering the license key in software works without being logged in(In software, you just enter key and it shows green tick). But interestingly when i do it on the site (Key followed by a name is shown to be filled, software initially prompts to a site) i can't register the key with my account. Not sure how it's configured but since it works, that's fine.
