Can macOS 11 (Big Sur) vm guest run on an Apple Silicon host with macOS 12 (Monterey)?

    I found a situation where I need to run Big Sur for compatibility with some older software that will not work on Monterey. Are there any problems and is there a preferred method for installation for a Big Sur virtual machine guest on a Monterey host system running as an M1 based system?
