Anyone else come across this issue when working with Teams inside Parallels. Video/Audio and Sharing of Non-Microsoft Applications works well but whenever I try to Share Excel or Word the meeting participants just see a Green screen. I have tried disabling hardware acceleration for these programs through registry (not in options for M365 Office Suite) but alas this has not resolved it. (it did resolve it for Edge though) Should note that if I share the entire desktop then the sharing works fine
Hi, Have you been able to fix this issue? I get the sold green page when i share the screen using the desktop application. The web app works fine. Also if i share the window (not the whole screen) it works fine.
I've had the same issue intermittently on two different Parallels VMs, both running Windows 11. It doesn't matter what version of Teams app I'm using. I've tried turning off hardware acceleration in the browser; tried Chrome and Edge.
Hello, For us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information: 1. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post. Thank you!!

Here you go: 428166853 BTW, this has been present through a couple of versions of Parallels and multiple versions of Teams. I also get interference on the audio if I'm in a Teams call in Parallels and switch to a Mac app leaving the Teams call running in the background. This happens regardless of what sort of speaker & mic combo I'm using at the time.
