I forgot my password and can´t get an email with instructions to reset it, so I can not login to get support. I tried using my facebook account that has the same email I used to have at Parallels. It seems my licence is linkd to another account. I bought it through Cleverbridge. What am I supposed to do to get my password back?
I forgot my password and am not getting the password recovery email. I checked all email folders and nothing. I can sign in to parallels through google on a web browser but not from the app. How can I reset my password or get the recovery email?
