Audio control for individual programs.

    It would be good to have a simple audio control for individual programs so that one can do things like.
    1) Pan individual application audio from left to right.
    2) Control the individual audio of apps.
    3) Control the output for app audio - e.g. so to the speakers others to the headphones.
