Hello, Parallels was working completely fine until today and now I cannot use my mouse at all. When I click, I have to use Control + Option to release the mouse and cannot do anything within Parallels. Please help. I have tried reinstalling Parallels Tools multiple times and set my mouse and keyboard to "Do Not Optimize for Games" as other threads have suggested. I need a fix ASAP.
try updating to the latest version of the software, resetting the Parallels preferences, and creating a new virtual machine to see if the problem persists.
Solved. Deleted my virtual Windows machine, reinstalled Windows, reinstalled the applications I use and took a snapshot to revert back to this working state if needed. Was a pain to have to do this and hope I don't need to do it again.
