    Hello everyone, can I ask about error after uninstalling parallel 4 to install parallel 6. Even though I followed the instructions to remove all components of version 4, I got the same situation as shown.
    If you click OK, the virtual machine will exit.
    In case of following the recommendation of restarting the OS, it does not work. Uninstall and reinstall it, it can only be used once, next time it will happen again.

    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Take screenshots of the errors.
    3. Send us a detailed explanation with the screenshots attached in reply.
    4. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
