Unable to register Key on new Mac

    Hi,
    I'm getting the following message after trying to activate parallels desktop on my new mac.
    "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."
    I only have one account.

    The key *****-PZDGWN is registered under the Parallels account registered under the email address 2m*****@*****.appleid.com

    Please use the email address to sign in Parallels Desktop.
