    Hi,

I have been using parallels for about 7 months and have suddenly lost the ability to access the internet from my virtual pc. I still have a pc ip address and I have a mac ip address but I am only able to communicate on the mac side. Any suggestions?

I was having exactly the same problems but got it resolved - not sure which step fixed it but removed and reinstalled Parallels and disabled the windows firewall

    Hello,

Pdub, are you using Shared Network or Bridged Ethernet?
Please check Parallels NAT status in Mac - System Preferences - Network. Is it red or green?
Disabling Firewall on Windows and Mac sides does often help when having network connection issues in Guest OS.

    Best regards,
