Parallels doesn't start - urgent

    I have been using Parallels Desktop for years from version 9 to the current 19.

    From one moment to the next the application no longer starts.

    When I start it, the icon appears in the center of the screen with the words Startup... but after several minutes it closes without anything happening, not even an error message.

    I reinstalled Parallels, I tried to reinstall Sonoma but nothing, the app downloaded from the app store works but the standard one doesn't.

    I'm desperate, the support doesn't have me in the list and I don't know how to resolve it.
