Same issue with me as well. This happened before with an Insider Preview and a Parallels update solved the problem.

Same issue here Unable to update to Windows 11 Insider Preview 26002.1000 (rs_prerelease), install error - 0xc1900101 MacBookPro M3 Pro Parallels Version 19.1.1 (54734)
Same here. Upgrading from 25992. Problem also applies to previous insider build which is 10.0.25997.1010. As an IT Pro I tried all of the workarounds currently available online. System File Checker (SFC), dism.exe, chkdsk, disabling developer mode, removing some devices (bluetooth, camera etc), re-installing parallel tools etc. Also tried to install from ISO instead of Windows Update. I even tried to re-create EFI Boot partition, uninstalling some heavy apps they may influence so many system components like visual studio 2022 etc. no luck. I also checked the setup log files (which can be found in C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\ ) with setupdiag.exe and found 0 matching issue. I think this is something Paralles needs to solve.
Same here. Stuck at 60+% installing with Windows Update. Tried manual install (windows11.0-kb5032288-x64) hangs at 60-70%. Cleared all update caches and background processes in windows. Luckily had a backed up vm. Note: windows 10 went through all updates ok. Windows 11 hangs. Mac OS 13.6.1, Parallels v19.1.1
Note: Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac, Pro Edition, Version 19.1.1 (54734) Additional Updates attempted: "2023-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for ×64-based Systems (KB5032288)" via windows update Manual install attempted: "windows11.0-kb5032288-x64_04212175664d85ed0f439f8f1f883e9f383b84cf.msu" Is this a Parallels or Windows issue? Should Windows 11 be re-installed?
Just updated Parallels to 19.1.1 (54734) and same issue with Windows 11. Been happening for over a month now, does anyone from Parallels monitor this forum?
Same here. Today's Parallels update 19.2.0 with latest Windows release 10.0.26010.1010 failed again. Hey @parallels can you put a word about that problem? Thank you! I have issued a ticket 445322379 with that.
