I have had (2) licenses under (2) different emails. I no longer have access to the email my live licence is under but have paid up for anther 8 months, of which I would like to transfer to my new computer. The problem is that the license I pay for does not show up in my current account, only the one that lapst 2 years ago. I would like to have my paid for current license migrated to my Parallels account. The purchase for this license shows up in my account but the license does not. Please help....
